You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours for a full refund. If cancelled within 72 hours, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued if cancelled within 12 hours before your first class.

We require a minimum 30-day notice period for ending course subscriptions. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of subscription cancellation.

If a class is cancelled by the teacher, the makeup class will be provided at no additional cost. However, if the cancellation is initiated by the student at short notice, a fee of $5 will apply for rescheduling the makeup class. However, if the class is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, the first two makeup classes will be free. After the initial two makeup classes, subsequent makeup classes will have an additional cost of $3 each.

We provide two complimentary trials for selecting a teacher. For additional trials with the same or different teachers, there is a fee of $5 per trial.

Yes, you can request our accounting team to send you an invoice for it. Once you pay the invoice, we will add the gifted amount to your teacher's salary. Please note that shipping charges or any additional costs must be paid separately.

We prefer PayPal for invoicing as well as receiving monies.
